Do you require a member of staff to be present during the appointment?This is entirely up to you! If a member of staff is not on site, we can arrange with you a secure method to access your facility.

What happens if something is damaged during the appointment?While we take great care to be clean safely accidents can happen. If anything is damaged, please inform us immediately and we will rectify the problem.
