    We service North London, Hertfordshire and Essex. If you are unsure whether we cover your location, please feel free to contact us!
  • Do you require a member of staff to be present during the appointment?
    This is entirely up to you! If a member of staff is not on site, we can arrange with you a secure method to access your facility.
  • What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
    We understand that plans change. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
  • Do we need to supply any cleaning equipment?
    No, our team comes fully prepared with professional cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products that you would like us to use, just let us know.
  • Are your staff insured and background-checked?
    Yes, all of our staff our thoroughly vetted, background-checked and fully insured for your peace of mind.
  • What happens if something is damaged during the appointment?
    While we take great care to be clean safely accidents can happen. If anything is damaged, please inform us immediately and we will rectify the problem.
  • Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning options?
    Yes, we offer 'green' services using non-toxic, eco-friendly products. Let us know if you would like this option.
  • Do you offer discounts for regular customers?
